Administrative Clerk – Full Time

Headquarters/Receiving Department

Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Receiving merchandise and process in a timely manner to insure customer satisfaction/delivery dates
  • Logging and opening packages according to company procedure
  • Verifying, inspecting and identifying merchandise against vendor invoices
  • Creating detailed description of merchandise in point of sale system
  • Create merchandise tags
  • Photograph received merchandise for point of sale system
  • Work closely with Sales Professionals and Vendors to complete jewelry orders and/or returns
