Tucked away in the hustle-bustle of Oakbrook Center is a little slice of Italy called Antico Posto. Translated "The Old Spot," Antico Posto is reminiscent of an Italian trattoria, offering high-quality food and fine wine in a comfortable atmosphere.

The name “El Tapeo” originates from southern Spanish local slang “Vamos de tapeo” which translates as, “Let’s go for tapas”. Perry’s Restaurants, a family-owned group of award-winning steakhouses, is opening its newest location of its award-winning Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in Oakbrook Center adjacent to Neiman Marcus. The new restaurant will accommodate 350 guests and includes design features such as a towering wine wall, five private dining rooms, an island bar, main dining with glimpses of the kitchen, and an outdoor patio.
Famous for its selection of butcher-fresh USDA-aged Prime beef, Perry’s is also known for its unexpected steakhouse specialty – Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, a seven finger high chop that is dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter. Perry’s is also home to Bar 79, which features bar menu items perfect for sharing, hundreds of wines and mixology creations made with ingredients fresh from the kitchen to the bar. “From our roots as a meat market, we’ve grown to focus not only on great food, but also the experience of our guests,” says Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants. “At Perry’s, you can expect distinctive signature dishes – several carved tableside, flaming desserts prepared tableside, innovative mixology and pairings, and live music nightly (Mon – Sat), adding up to an atmosphere that is elegant, yet casual and welcoming.”
